"I’ve been a client of Jordan Martin State Farm for three years and have been, and remain, completely satisfied. Jordan and team helped us make a smooth transition from another state to Colorado and helped us optimize all of our policies as homeowners and auto insurance best practices can differ state to state. Unfortunately, I’ve needed to lean on Jordan’s office twice in the past few years - once for a weather-related homeowner claim and once for advice dealing with a minor fender bender in which I was rear ended. Joe helped guide me through the subtleties of the vehicle situation and was a terrific and knowledgeable sounding board at a time when I was concerned and frustrated. He checked in on me a couple of times to make sure everything was resolved to my satisfaction. That is customer service beyond what I’ve experienced with other agents. You hope to never need to use your insurance but it is comforting to know you have an honest, responsive, and sympathetic team in your corner with Jordan Martin State Farm if you do."
